Training Info….


SENIOR TRAINING Summer – Claggan Park – 6pm
Club training nights are Tuesday and Thursday 6pm at Claggan Park.  Sessions will include, tempo running, long rep sessions with short recoveries, Fartlek and hill work.  All standards of runners are welcome to come along and join in, no one gets left behind.

Winter training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm from the Leisure Centre. Sessions to suit all abilities.

JUNIOR TRAINING Summer – Claggan Park – 6pm
Please bring suitable kit, which should include
 lighlweight long sleeve top
long bottoms
shower proof top
suitable trainers (running trainers with support).
 Water bottle.
  Try not to eat a heavy meal too close to training, light snacks such as a banana, slice of toast or cereal are better.  Contact Jim Treasurer or Helen Smith, 01397 708878 for up to date info.

Thursday evening training is for the older juniors, contact  Jim: 703733 for further details.
